If you are an adult feeling overwhelmed by anxiety or other mental health challenges, you are not alone. Since 2020, I have been working with adults facing career, relationship, or couples challenges, women navigating motherhood, perinatal or postpartum periods, or menopause, Spanish-speaking clients, immigrants adjusting to life in the U.S., and those managing depression, ADHD, low self-esteem, or body image concerns. These challenges can bring uncertainty, emotional strain, and disconnection, and therapy provides a supportive space to regain clarity, stability, and balance.
