My therapeutic approach is both strengths-based and trauma focused. I start out by identifying your strengths alongside your treatment goals. I believe that we all hold the answers inside of us, and clarity will come once we slow down, bring in compassion and curiosity, and hold space for all the parts of you. I am trained in psychodynamic therapy, Internal Family Systems and EMDR. I have experience helping people who have struggled with suicidal thoughts, severe depression, chronic PTSD, severe anxiety, and personality disorders.
