I have been doing psychotherapy for 6 years and became licensed in 2020. I have experience in CBT, DBT, trauma focused, distress tolerance, impulse control and solution focused therapy modalities. I have worked with children, adults, couples and families. I enjoy collaborating with my clients to get them to meet their mental health goals.
