About

I'm a licensed clinical psychologist, clinical supervisor, and psychoanalyst-in-training. I work with adult individuals, couples, and families. I find great satisfaction in helping my patients connect with, and find compassion for, their deepest authentic selves. Many of my patients are adult children of parents with mood disorders, personality disorders, or addictions. While my specialties include working with other mental health professionals, enhancing creative performance in artists and lapsed artists, chronic illness, and trauma/PTSD, I truly enjoy working with a diverse spectrum of people and issues. How I work: The foundation of any effective therapy is the co-creation of an honest, trusting relationship. I also believe in the importance of looking at your past to understand the roots of painful patterns, as well as addressing current concerns.
