The therapy room is a haven for overwhelming feelings, traumas and confusion- a space for gentle exploration, where I walk alongside you as you uncover patterns and dynamics that keep you from feeling whole. I see individual adults, couples and infant-caregiver pairs in a psychodynamic, depth-oriented way. My work is informed by Buddhist psychological thought, Sensorimotor psychotherapy and modern attachment theory-- all of which invite curiosity and compassion towards the parts of oneself that desperately call for change.
