My ideal client is someone navigating life transitions, emotional overwhelm, or identity shifts—whether due to anxiety, depression, trauma, or reproductive challenges. They may feel stuck, unseen, or exhausted from holding it all together. They want clarity, healing, and a deeper sense of self. Many are women of color seeking culturally responsive care, but I also support clients from all backgrounds who are ready for meaningful change, support, and the tools to move forward.
