Hi there, I'm Lilly. I am a Christian counselor with expertise ranging from mood and psychotic mental health disorders to PTSD, grief, and stress management. My approach to psychotherapy adapts to the client I am working with and is tailored to the client’s expressed goals and concerns. My number one goal as a counselor is to provide a safe and calming space where the client can trust me with the privilege of hearing their story. Typical concerns among many of my clients range from anxiety, depression, relationship conflicts, and stress, to mental health disorder recovery. I often use interventions such as EMDR, DBT, CBT, psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused therapy to meet a client’s needs. I can share educational handouts to illustrate information relevant to what is discussed during the session and if requested I can assign homework based on client's concerns that can be completed outside of session.
