Whether it's through working with me or someone else, I genuinely hope you find the support you need. It CAN happen. For the past 12 years, I’ve worked with children and especially teens. My focus is on helping individuals navigate anxiety, depression, grief, suicidal thoughts, and trauma. This is more than a profession for me- it's a calling rooted in deep compassion.
