I specialize in working with women and LGBTQ+ adults who are struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship pain, chronic stress, burn out and life transitions such as aging, breakups or divorce. Many of my clients come to therapy feeling emotionally exhausted, overwhelmed, and stuck in repeating patterns that affect their self-worth, relationships, and peace of mind. Together, we work to uncover root causes, shift negative thinking patterns, and create lasting internal change rather than temporary coping.
