In my years of practice I have had the opportunity to work with a broad range of people on a wide range of issues. The skills of the therapist, developed and refined over many years are of importance in the clinical setting. Helping clients access their emotional and cognitive processing is a significant component of the work. I work with individuals, couples and families who feel "stuck" to identify the underlying causes and work towards defining goals that will spell "relief". Collaboration and reinforcement are significant in the process in order to help achieve the goals that are established and help create change.
