Thank you for considering me as your therapist! I am very interactive, utilize humor, my own experience, and a lot of mindfulness in my approach. I am trained in yoga and other meditation techniques, and often integrate that background into the therapeutic process. I believe that you are the expert of yourself, and my role is to accompany you in recognizing and owning that. I will help you not only understand why you are suffering, but also learn tools from many different traditions for dealing with life's challenges.
