I am a trauma focused therapist that specializes in anxiety, behavioral issues, trauma, life and transitions. I primarily work with kids, teens, and parents. One of my passions is supporting parents navigating parenthood with highly sensitive children and/or children with big behaviors. I love incorporating my prior experience as a behavioral specialist to support families in building connection and cooperation. Therapy may look like processing past traumas/stressors, prioritizing current needs, or planning for upcoming changes.
