I have over 30 years of experience and training. I provide a safe, non-judgmental place to heal, grow, learn and move through your challenges. I help you listen to your body and your heart. I enjoy and consider it a privilege to do this work. My philosophy is that the journey toward wholeness is sometimes hard but nevertheless worthwhile. To be truly alive one must learn to feel it all. We need to know how to respond to our pain and figure out what we need. I am a level II NET certified practitioner. A system for creating emtional "OKNESS" with what is and what you want.
