I believe that life’s challenges, though often painful, can lead to resilience, joy, and transformation. I recognize the courage it takes to reach out for help and I would consider it a privilege to walk alongside you during your journey into therapy. I work with adults, teens, and preteens struggling with depression, anxiety, and mood disorders, healing from traumatic experiences, stress management, grief and loss, building coping skills, working through life transitions and unexpected interruptions, neurodivergence issues, women's issues, and diversity or cultural issues.
