I draw from both personal and professional experience to provide mental health counseling for individuals suffering from depression, anxiety, grief and loss, and substance use/abuse. Through collaborative talk therapy, I aim to support you in your process of gaining awareness of underlying issues contributing to current symptoms, as well as improving your ability to manage those symptoms.
