Welcome. Looking for peace, calm, balance and tranquility? I use a collaborative, strength-based approach in my work with individuals, couples, and families. Clients come in to address difficulties such as depression, anxiety, and strained relationships. Parents often seek information and support regarding single parenting, parenting a child with ADHD, behavioral problems, learning difficulties, developmental delays, depression, and/or anxiety. Couples seek to improve their relationship or to cope with a difficult situation such as parenting in blended families and caring for elderly parents.
