My practice is devoted to providing individual therapy for adults aged eighteen and older. For 30 years as a therapist, I have supported clients navigating life’s difficulties and transitios. My primary focus is on assisting individuals in managing and adapting to these transitions and challenges, whether these concerns anticipated or unexpected. These issues may include mental and physical health problems such as depression, anxiety,improving partner or family relationships, work, college, career, pregnancy, postpartum, breakups, divorce, parenting and retirement. I help clients with improving communication, self esteem boundaries.
