I am a licensed clinical social worker here to support anyone who wants to break out and free themselves from the box that no longer serves them. I work with adults navigating depression, mood and personality disorders, trauma, grief, and anxiety, as well as severe and persistent mental illness. My approach is all about helping you figure out what works for you—not what’s “normal” or “right.” Together we’ll find strategies that actually make sense for your unique experiences.
