My areas of specialty include, but are not limited to: trauma, mood disorders, neurodiversity, grief and loss, suicidal ideations, self-harm, identity exploration, LGBTQIA+ experiences, and overall life transitions. That said, I know life doesn’t exist in neat boxes; we are all a mix of stories, identities, and experiences. My true passion lies in getting to know you in all your depth and complexity. My hope is that we will collaborate in the shared goal of helping you grow and thrive, however you may define that.
