I work with individuals ages 4 to 35 years old, as well as families and couples who are navigating life transitions, anxiety, grief, trauma, or challenges within their relationships. Maybe there’s been a big change, tension at home, anxiety that feels overwhelming, grief that’s hard to talk about, or emotions that feel too big. Couples and families may be feeling disconnected, stuck in the same arguments, or unsure how to communicate in a healthier way. At the core, my clients are looking for support, understanding, and a way to feel more grounded and connected.
