Welcome! I am a Licensed Professional Counselor, Clinical Supervisor, and Clinical Director of the Tucson office. I work with all ages and believe that by providing a safe and non-judgmental space, I can support clients in gaining the courage to build confidence in themselves and their abilities to succeed. I approach therapy with compassion, empathy, and a solution-oriented mindset, specializing in self-esteem, life transitions, body image and disordered eating, OCD, and trauma. I provide a supportive and affirming space for clients of all backgrounds using multiple approaches including CBT, ACT, EMDR, and ERP. I have advanced training in addressing childhood trauma, family systems work, targeting disordered eating behaviors, preparing for the transition to college, working with LGBTQIA+ individuals and processing PTSD.
