I specialize in helping young adults navigate the difficulties that come with ADHD, burnout, and feeling stuck in patterns that don't make sense anymore. If you feel as though 'this' cannot go on, you are in the right place. I provide a space to explore and give voice to the more hidden parts of yourself, allowing you to uncover what shapes your inner world, and therefore your external world as well. On this journey, I am here listen to your story with openness and empathy. Our work will help you understand what’s happening inside, so you can meet yourself with more patience and trust. I believe deeply that relationships can heal us, in the same way they can wound us. I use a relational and psychodynamic lens in the therapy room, and hope to create a space where you can feel seen and encouraged to explore, build, and heal, together.
