I am a licensed mental health counselor in Massachusetts with varied years of experience. I am a nationally certified Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapist (TF-CBT) with training in Expressive Art Therapies, DBT, EMDR and other evidenced based modalities. I have helped people struggling with issues such as depression, anxiety, mood disturbances, family and other relationship conflicts, confusion around careers and life choices and any other challenges a person feels is creating barriers to their life satisfaction.
