Hi! I am a licensed professional clinical counselor here in California. I have been in the field for 5 years now and have grown a soft spot for working with trauma survivors and neurodivergent individuals. I take great pride in helping people from all walks of life take steps forward in their journey to healing and acceptance. I work on increasing the use of healthy coping skills in order to process and work through hard emotions and memories to better ones overall wellbeing. Our first session will be about getting to know and feel safe with one another. It can be nerve wrecking to open up to someone new, my goal is to connect on a person to person level while gaining background and insight on your goals and needs.
