Our happiness and well-being are inextricably linked to our relationships - the ones we have, the ones we've lost, the ones we wish we had. Even as we confront stress and anxiety that originates from outside of relationships- due to trauma or unexpected life events- the quality of our relationships deeply affects our ability to cope and recover. The therapeutic relationship is unique and designed to create a safe, confidential space to explore the stressors in our lives and work through the things that make life difficult. I am a bilingual Spanish-speaking clinical social worker and focus on anxiety and relational difficulties, serving adults, teens and families.
