My goal is to support those to find tools to liberate themselves and finally make the changes that will alter their lives for the better. There are times where struggles and issues seem insurmountable as if it is impossible to overcome. I specialize in treating children, adolescents, adults, couples, as well as, the elderly who are struggling with depression, self-harming, low self-esteem, anxiety, trauma/PTSD, relationship strain, boundary, and chronic illness.
