I have experience working with community-based mental health agencies, managed care, and private practice. My passion is working with children and families. The family is an important institution to society, that needs to be preserved. I am sensitive to the client's perspective and cultural beliefs. I take a Solution Focus approach believing that the client is truly the expert and ultimately holds the solution to the problem_ My specialty areas include: trauma, child abuse, parenting issues , family therapy, coping with loss, play therapy, stress management and life transitions.
