I am currently accepting new clients at my new office space in Raynham, MA. I have experience working with adults who may be struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma and general life changes. I currently work with individuals and couples, and no longer accept clients under 18 years old. As each person is unique and brings with them their own personal history, I develop a treatment plan with each client based on their needs, personality, vulnerabilities, and strengths. I use interventions such as mindfulness, and Internal Family Systems (IFS).
