Having extensive training in Cognitive Behavioral and Psychodynamic Therapies, EMDR (certified), and Somatic Experiencing (certified), I take an eclectic, tailored approach to treat range of issues such as trauma, depression, anxiety disorders, ADHD, parenting, interpersonal relationships, and life transactions.
