I am passionate about assisting individuals, young adults, seniors and couples, who are open to exploring thoughts, feelings, new meanings and life directions. I specialize in trauma, substance use recovery, anxiety, stress, grief, depression, self-worth, emotional regulation, relational conflicts, and life transitions. My goal as a therapist is to provide a safe, supportive non-judgmental environment while you're navigating personal challenges, difficult circumstances, and seeking emotional healing and personal empowerment. My aim is to develop an authentic relationship that is collaborative, empathetic, and solution oriented. During an initial session, we would begin with introductions, questions, and explore the specific issues, challenges you are encountering and what brought you to therapy. Depending on the circumstances, I may conduct some assessments. This would enable us to develop a personalized plan and areas of focus for subsequent sessions.
