I am a psychotherapist with more than 15 years of experience helping people navigate life’s complexities. I specialize in supporting adults through grief, trauma. anxiety, depression, and crises of purpose and meaning. My years of hospice work have helped me understand that so much of how we suffer often goes unseen. I provide a therapeutic context that helps you learn to see yourself with grace and compassion and to forge tools of hope. I employ IFS, DBT, grief, somatic and mindfulness therapies, to encourage resilience, self-understanding, and reconnection with meaning and purpose while honoring both pain and the capacity for renewal. I can also offer EMDR to work gently with the nervous system, which helps to process trauma and persistent emotional pain.
