My ideal clients are those who have faced traumatic experiences and are grappling with symptoms of anxiety, depression, and PTSD, which can leave them feeling vulnerable, immobilized, and stuck. Trauma has the capacity to strip individuals of their sense of dignity and identity, often leaving them feeling empty and helpless. These clients seek the support and the desire to be acknowledged, heard, and treated with respect. My dream clients are individuals who are ready and willing to embark on a collaborative journey with me to explore and address their mental health, ultimately working together towards their well-being.
