I believe the issue that brings us to therapy is the desire to heal, to change, to feel content in the way we view ourselves in the world. I help individuals become healthier versions of themselves. Together we can address areas of concern that may include anxiety, depression, difficult relationships, life transitions, grief, and trauma. I teach coping skills to help tolerate the emotions that come with adversity, and help clients make changes through self awareness.
