I can work with anyone ages 5 and older. For the last 15 years I have worked with kids of all ages and their families in the school system. I specialize in school issues, parenting, kids and teens, and life transitions. I believe in a mind-body connection and take my yoga training to incorporate a down to earth mindful approach to help clients cope with trauma, stress, and change. I am here to help you untangle your thoughts and walk along side you on your path to greater wellness.
