I believe in providing a space in my clinical practice for clients to explore diversity. inclusion, authenticity and psychological insight and support. I work with children, teens adults and seniors with and without special needs, I value client who show up with a desire to be present in all their complexity with both struggles and resiliency. I work from a person centered approach within Sandplay, dialectic behavioral and well as emotionally focused modalities and mindful practices. I support Client's goals of lessening psychological distress and a search to achieve stable mental health and connections with significant others.
