I have been a Licensed Professional Counselor for over 30 years working with individuals and families. Recently I have changed my focused to work exclusively with Senior Citizens. As a senior citizen myself, I understand, empathize and have experienced many of the issues facing seniors today including: Grief and Loss as friends and family members pass on: Fear of one's own death or disability as we age and Managing negative emotions such as Depression, Anxiety, Loneiness to name a few. All therapies are based upon established and recognized Solution Focused methods such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Talk Therapy.
