I have 30 years of experience working with individuals and couples. I like to tailor the therapy to the individual or couple, and welcome feedback about what's helping and what's not helping. For therapy to be successful, the client must feel heard and understood. Together we explore where the person is stuck and wants to make changes. We look at patterns in one's life, what is reinforcing the "stuckness" and how to make change more possible. It takes courage to embark on therapy but it's a challenge worth taking!
