I believe that the therapeutic value of one human helping another is without parallel. I have a" care- frontational" rather than confrontational approach. I set a safe and caring environment for individuals to explore who they are and re-frame their core beliefs, thus becoming a better version of themselves. My sessions are informational, empathetic and filled with compassion. My sessions are an environment that lends itself to assisting individuals to "unpack their stuff". I am warm, open-minded, versatile and have a good sense of humor which makes my sessions productive.
