Greetings! I have had the privilege of practicing the art of psychotherapy for 48 yrs. and utilize a number of modalities: family of origin, shame reduction, enneagram, mindfulness, dream interpretation, cognitive therapy and DBT. The entry point to authentic healing and lasting growth, is the development of self awareness and self compassion. I guide my clients to realize their capacity to welcome current challenges, feelings and thoughts without judgment but with acceptance and curiosity. My approach is eclectic, respectful, highly interactive, compassionate and sometimes challenging. I suggest homework between sessions.
