A journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step. Therapy can help client's take that first step. My style is interactive and goal-oriented. I use evidence-based models to help client's explore and reach desired goals, overcome obstacles preventing growth and self-awareness, both necessary aspects to feeling better to improve well-being and quality-of-life. We explore the eight dimensions of wellness, examine relationships, and look at behaviors to find an appropriate balance. We examine changing maladaptive negative behaviors, and replacing them with positive life-enriching behaviors.
