My focus is on the individual and helping my clients overcome the obstacles that hold them back from reaching their goals. I develop the treatment plan together with my clients that meets their needs. Whether I am working with individuals or couples, I look for practical solutions and offer additional tools to further the process towards wellness. I explore all the areas in a person's life, past and present, to help my clients develop a better understanding of themselves and their relationships with others.
