Not accepting new clients. My passion is working with women who are experiencing anxiety, depression, transitions, trauma reactions, and women's issues. I provide an environment that is non-judgmental and shame-free. Our early life experiences as well as events throughout our life contribute to the perspective we have on our life situations. Therapy allows for an objective look at these situations and seeing alternate viewpoints that may be more realistic. Within a safe and nonjudgmental environment, compelling and lasting changes can be made so that you can become a happier, healthier you.
