I have completed extensive training in the Developmental Model of couples therapy, bringing together the elements of attachment, differentiation, and the normal developmental stages each couple goes through. I also draw from the Gottman method and RLT. I incorporate knowledge about the brain and the mind-body connection. I hold a biopsychosocial-spiritual orientation.
