My practice focuses on helping adults, couples, adolescents, and children. I help patients to lose weight, quit smoking, manage anger and stress, improve self-esteem and overcome phobias. I also work with patients on a variety of other issues including relationship issues, depression, anxiety, obsessional thoughts, compulsive behaviors and PTSD. I aim to help my patients form better habits in their daily routines to improve happiness and energy levels.
