I am a psychotherapist and psychoanalyst with over 25 years of experience helping a wide range of individuals. All shared feelings of being stuck or blocked in fundamental areas of their lives. Powerful feelings and beliefs involving shame, fear, anger and sadness had disconnected them from inner sources of strength and self-esteem, and had prevented them from living and working freely and fully. I see psychotherapy as a collaborative relationship in which we identify and resolve those obstacles, leaving you with a new or renewed sense of authenticity, energy and hope.
