I'm so glad you're here! It takes courage to ask for help and share your struggles. If you're feeling overwhelmed by the stress in your life, have difficulty managing your emotions, are struggling with stress-related health problems, or notice that you blame yourself for your difficulties, I can help. Together, we will decide on a path to create and realize an increased sense of confidence and well-being in your life. Many times, our struggles today result from negative experiences in our past. Much of my training has been focused on abuse, and its effects on our bodies, minds, and emotions.
