I am Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) working with children, adolescents, adults, couples and families for over 20 years! I continue to love what I do and look forward to partnering with you to feel better. We can work together to overcome the challenges that seem to be holding you back. I have experience working with concerns around relationships, trauma, parenting, adolescent issues, anxiety, depression, grief/loss, stress and personal growth challenges. My approach is based on your needs and includes effective solution focused strategies, calming and mindfulness activities, a cognitive-behavioral framework, emotional release support, trauma informed, depression coping skills, and anxiety reduction methods.
