I am a seasoned therapist who has worked successfully with individuals, groups, and couples. In addition to helping people with depression, anxiety, relationship issues, self esteem and empowerment, I have recently been specializing in relationship and sex therapy. I use various modalities and work to develop a relationship with my clients to help them make changes they desire in their lives. I work with clients to build a trusting relationship wherin the theraputic work can develop.
