I believe each client has unique strengths and work with you to discover and enhance these as we explore, modify, and resolve troublesome areas. My training and style combine cognitive, behavioral and psychodynamic techniques. I am dedicated to combining my experience, skills,and compassion to help you develop the specific tools you need. My clients are adults and teens who are experiencing anxiety, depression, grief, relationship issues, postpartum struggles, and the psychological struggles and complications that come with chronic physical illness or having a chronically ill family member.
