Are you grieving a recent loss, or do you need help with marital or work conflicts? I help people to validate their feelings, while providing tools to help them resolve issues and move forward. My approach is to help resolve limiting beliefs, and to question old patterns of behavior that no longer work. I believe in using solution-focused, relatively short term therapy where possible---with the goal of empowering clients to make positive, long term changes.
